Maria and her close friend, New York based artist Elliott Puckette, who was one of our 15th Anniversary artists, collaborated on exclusive fabrications for the Pre-Fall 2017 collection. The special, limited-edition jacquard and silk prints formed the visual anchor of the collection and were created from Elliott’s distinctive painting style. Many of the silhouettes echoed the more form-fitting styles that Elliott favors in our collections as well. This is one of the very few times Elliott has worked in this medium with a designer.
