Returns & Exchanges
Zero + Maria Cornejo accepts returns and exchanges on all non-sale items that are sent back with a valid Return Authorization number within 7 days from receipt of package. Items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition. Shoes will only be accepted if returned in their original box with all original packing material. All items must have their original tags attached.
We offer FREE exchanges (for orders placed/delivered in the United States) on all full-priced merchandise. To make an exchange, please email [email protected] with your original order information and exchange request. After stock availability is confirmed, we will provide you with a free UPS label for the return shipment. The exchange shipment will be sent to you free of charge.
You have 7 days from the receipt of your package to request a Return Authorization number and dispatch your return shipment. Please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization number. If you are exchanging your item, we will provide you with a UPS label at this time. Otherwise, please send your return shipment to:

We advise customers to send returns via a method that offers shipment tracking, and to purchase shipping insurance for the full value of all merchandise sent for return. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.
With your Return Authorization number, we will provide the date on which the return period for your order expires. Please send your return via a method that ensures it will arrive on or before the date provided. Late returns are subject to a refusal or restocking fee, or may be refunded in the form of store credit.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Our retail stores are not able to process online returns. Items purchased through the online store must be returned according to the instructions above.
Your account will be credited, less any applicable shipping costs within 5 Business Days of receipt.
Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. In the case that there is a mistake in the fulfillment of the order, Zero + Maria Cornejo will cover the costs of the exchange on full-priced and discounted merchandise.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any items for refund or exchange. Should this occur, Zero + Maria Cornejo will cover the costs of the return or exchange on full-priced merchandise.
Zero + Maria Cornejo will not refund international duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for any questions.
Zero + Maria Cornejo is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or any other uncontrollable event.
All Sale Items and Special Orders are Final Sale.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Zero + Maria Cornejo is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Price Adjustment Policy
Zero + Maria Cornejo will do a price adjustment on items purchased within a week before a markdown. Adjustments must be requested within the first 7 days of the sale. Please note that the exact Style, Color and Size of the item must still be available in stock at the time of the Adjustment Request.
